Terms of use

These terms are between you and Panonium consulting d.o.o., Međašni klanac 1, Zagreb, Croatia. They are a draft. Have a lawyer review them before the shop takes live payments.

The shop

You must be a parent or legal guardian. At launch we sell printed books shipped to US addresses. Digital files stay switched off unless we say otherwise. The preview on the website is watermarked and is not the product.

Characters and your text

The cast is original. You may not ask for characters, names, or looks from films, comics, or other brands. We can refuse a book that asks for that. You license us to use the child's first name, interests, and optional photo solely to produce the book you ordered.

The printed book

Illustrations are generated for your order and can vary. They are a stylized story, not a photograph and not a school curriculum. Shipping times are estimates, typically about two weeks including printing, and are not guaranteed.
